Vidhyahouse Coaching Institute's Refund Policy

At Vidhyahouse Coaching Institute, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is required. As such, we have established a fair and transparent refund policy to address such situations. Refunds are offered strictly for our full course programs and are not applicable to crash courses, workshops, or digital/downloadable content. Any student seeking a refund must submit the request within seven (7) days of making the payment. Requests raised beyond this timeline are not eligible for consideration.

Certain components of the fee, such as exam fees and test fees, are non-refundable under all conditions. For a refund to be considered, the request must be made within the prescribed timeline and must include a reason that is deemed satisfactory by the Director of the coaching institute. The process to request a refund requires the student to submit a formal application, which must be done in person using the institute’s official refund form, available at our campus. The request must include a valid reason and written consent from a parent or guardian.

Refunds will not be processed for requests raised beyond the stipulated timeline. Additionally, no partial refunds will be offered in cases of mid-course dropouts or discontinuation of classes by the student for any reason. Refunds are also not applicable for any digital materials or downloadable study content provided by the institute.

Upon acceptance of a valid refund request, the refund will be processed within three (3) working days. The amount will be transferred using bank transfer to the student or parent’s designated account. All refund decisions, whether approved or declined, are communicated in person at the institute. In every case, the student will be provided with clear reasons for the approval or rejection of their refund request.

This refund policy is reviewed and updated once a year. Any updates or changes made to this policy are informed to students at the time of admission, during the form-filling process. For any clarifications or further details, students are encouraged to visit the institute's administrative office.
